- Our reception is open for you the whole week from 7:00 am - 9:00 pm.
- Breakfast hours for our well-known Gourmet Breakfast Buffet: from 07:00 am to 11:00 am, extended until 11:30 am on Saturdays and Sundays. We offer a diverse selection, including both classic and vegetarian options. For our vegan guests, please inform us when booking your room or making a table reservation, so we can accommodate your needs accordingly.
- Parking spaces are available in the old town garage "KISS" (150 meters away) - for direct bookings we pay the parking fees, otherwise € 8.50 / day will be charged.

- Cancellation conditions: Up to 31 days before arrival free of charge. 30 days before arrival one night will be charged. Up to 8 days before arrival 80%. For later cancelations and no shows 100%. (The percentages refer to the total price of the confirmed arrangement.)
