Fever tree mule competition

with our Simone from the Stollen 1930 Team.

Under the motto ‘make your own mule’, the best bar keepers in Austria were challenged to present their own creations in a video.
The most creative and acclaimed bar tenders amongst the numerous participants were invited by the jury of specialists to the final in the ‘Frau Dietrich’ cocktail bar in Linz.

Simone's ‘BAKED APPLE MULE’, which she created herself, was a real hit with both the jury and her colleagues and achieved an excellent 4th place. Simone was the best-placed female amongst the mainly male participants.

Many congratulations and a heartfelt pat on the back from us all for this terrific performance.

The recipe:
2cl baked apple juice (self-made)
4cl vanilla/cinnamon Gin Fusion (self-made)
1cl fresh lemon juice
Fever-Tree ginger beer
