Ambience
The Tyrolean inn & wine tavern
Many things disappear as quickly as they appeared and fall victim to the relentless march of time. No-one misses these things and scarcely anyone remembers them.
It’s a different story in the Auracher Löchl:
Here time has a leading role. For over 290,304,000 minutes. Over 4,838,400 hours. Over 201,600 days. Over 28.800 weeks. Over 7.200 months. Over 600 years.
The Auracher Löchl is the oldest wine tavern in Austria. The Tyrolean folk hero Andreas Hofer and our house musician Karl Ganzer, who wrote the world famous Kufstein song “Kennst du die Perle…” (effel-Verlag, Munich) enjoyed the superlative Löchl -Weizen (wheat beer) or 1/8l Austrian wine.
Tradition, roots and habit set the tone from the moment of our birth. Here we still embody values that are worth preserving. Local products make our Tyrolean specialities a sight to be experienced, tasted and appreciated.
Only the best for you: naturally air-conditioned rooms in the wine tavern
